3 days till Christmas and called into work, had to cancel my appointment. The receptionist was probably one of THE RUDEST women I've ever spoken to in my life. Not the first time either when I originally booked she was extremely short and catty over the phone. Looking through reviews I'm not the first to complain about the receptionists attitude. You are dealing with customers guys, probably people who are quite unwell and you choose to speak to them like rubbish, it's kinda sickening. To the receptionist I spoke to today: Believe it or not honey, some of us really struggle over the Xmas period, I was told rathe brutally that I'd be charged a fee or I wouldnt be welcome back. Go outside and touch some grass sweetheart or at least pretend to like your job. Merry Christmas. You're giving that surgery a really bad name. Judging by the reviews you'll keep your job and your filthy attitude.

The Dr on my telephone consultation was knowledgeable, listened and seemed caring. She was running ahead of time, as I was meant to have my consultation at 3:15pm, however she called at 2:45pm. She listened to my considerable mental aliments/ concerns & provided some general information if things were to worsen. (ie) enter the emergency department & hospital. However, under my immense emotional distress, (which was disclosed at length, ) plus my current mental/emotional state, I forgot to request a medical note for the one day off work. Secondary, she increased my medication by a third and did not offer, nor provide a new Escript for the change in medication dosage. I've called the practice twice, requesting my medical note and new script as I have not received either. I need my medical note for work asap. I am still waiting for both. This consultation was not bulk billed. I paid in full, as a private patient. I consider my consultation today, & the reasons for my health appointment extremely high risk due to the mental anguish I disclosed. I would have hoped that a medical note for the required day off & a new altered Escript would have been the minimum service provided, especially considering the circumstances of the consultation. After calling the practice three times, I have now received my medical note and script.

If you are someone with chronic health issues PLEASE DO NOT attention Jupiter Health Singleton. Their communication and overall attitude toward people who are already exhausted from said chronic issues is rediculous. The people working at the service desk are all so conflicting providing different information everything I speak to someone. I don't even attend the practice anymore AND IM STILL HAVING ISSUES.
